- Are you part of the First Resort Software Company?
NO. This software was developed independently.
- Why is the product priced as a monthly fee?
We wanted to give companies a low cost solution right away. We know many of you are considering
replacing AVMAIN with newer software. This way you can pay as long as you need, and cancel the service should
you change PMS software in the future.
- Are there any installation or setup fees?
- Do I need to know how to create web pages (HTML) to create the enhanced emails?
NO. You simply need to pick and choose from the setup utility, the elements (graphics/fonts/colors)
you want in your email.
- Why did you choose now to write the program?
No time like the present. Actually it was the comments made by Tom Leddy of First Resort Software on January 6th, 2005
during a 'webversation'.( Listen Here ) He stated that the number 1 reason (and number 2)
companies were switching PMS systems was the ability (or inablity) to Email from the software.
- Will I be able to retrieve mail?
NO. The product only sends mail. You are able to put your 'real' address on the email message so that
any replies you get will go to your normal email account.
- Do you offer any discounts?
YES. If you wish to pay in advance for a full year, you recieve one month free.
- I have multiple office locations. Can I use this at each site ?
The price of $14.95 is PER IP location (e.g. 216.222.19.xxx). If the offices use separate IP addresses, additional fees apply.
- Does this software handle bulk email and 'newsletter' type delivery.
- What about Upgrades and Support?
Upgrades are a certainty! And the monthly price covers those. We reserve the right to add on BONUS
features which MAY be priced separately and offered as upgrade options. (e.g. Faxing Capabilities may be offered in the future).
Support for 'software bugs' is free. Support of usage question is handled via email.

- How long does it take to get up and going?
Usually takes less than a day. If you contact us between 9:00am & 5:00pm EST, you could be setup the same day. Setup takes about 20 minutes. Most of that time is an easy personal tour (over the phone) of the software.
- Do I need to pay upfront?
No. You will get a invoice shortly after being setup. You'll be able to use the software immediately. So, in essence you get a free trial period.
- What if I have wish list items or features I want added?
We will certainly note any new features request you may have. Depending on the complexity, they may be added in subsequent updates.
- Do you offer any other products?

USAGE:
- Launch FRSemail each morning and keep it on your 'Task Bar'
- Make or Retrieve a folio (with the email address filled in).
- Activate FRSemail!
- Click on 'Locate Active Folio' and the email address is read
- Choose your email FROM address and SUBJECT line! (or type in a new one)
- Check on the letter (or letters) you want to send!
- Click SEND!
- Sit Back and Wait For Send Confirmation (about 20 seconds)
